Cancellation or Rescheduling of the IELTS Exam
Due to multiple factors, you may want to cancel or reschedule your IELTS exam. In such a case, the following terms and conditions apply:

Cancellation of IELTS Test:

You need to fill IELTS Test Cancellation Application Form in order to cancel your IELTS test.

You can cancel your IELTS test only if the test date is at least 14 days from the date on which you are applying for cancellation. Requests received less than 14 days prior to the test date will not be accepted and no refund will be given to the candidate

If the test date is between 15-34 days or in case of payment through offline channels, then you have to provide supporting documents and cancellation will be done once the request is approved.

After cancellation is done/approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after deducting charges.
