Seneca College currently offers residence at both the Newnham Campus and the King Campus. The King Campus residence has the capacity of hosting around 233 students. The residences at Newnham and King Campus are apartment-styled and are safe, homely and comfortable. Seneca's apartment-style residence buildings at Newnham and King campuses are accessible and fully equipped with all amenities.
Off-Campus - You can choose between the following two off-campus accommodation options – Homestay and Room in a House. Depending on your meal requirements, you may pick either of the accommodation options. The Homestay program gets international students in touch with people in the community who are willing to offer homestay options to international students attending Seneca. These homes provide a safe and home and may include different meal options.
The cost for homestay is $1000 CAD per month. Room in a House is similar to the Homestay program, and in this option, students stay with a local family. However, this option does not include meals which means you need to take care of your own meals. The cost of a room in a house is $700 CAD per month.
