Professional Certificate Program in International Business Development at University of California, Berkeley (UCB)

UC Berkeley Global offers a one-year Professional Certificate Program in International Business Development through its College of Continuing Studies. The tuition fee for this program is USD 22,000. To apply for the program, students must show their English language skills. Accepted tests for this requirement are IELTS and TOEFL. Additionally, students need to have a minimum graduation GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale to be eligible for admission.

This is a Postgraduate Certificate Program.

Upon finishing two semesters of coursework, you will receive a certificate in International Business and a second certificate in Business Development.

By completing extra required courses during the two semesters, you can earn a third certificate in the Professional Diploma Program.

This program will help you gain essential knowledge and skills to manage businesses on a global scale. You will learn about the important legal, financial, and economic rules that affect international business.

Students will study courses like:

• Business Development: Business Negotiating, Global Business Communication, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

To enroll in Business Development, you must have completed the International Business Immersive or be in the process of finishing a recognized International Management or Business Administration certificate or degree.

Students who complete two semesters can apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT).

A Career Development Course is included for both semesters. You will learn how to improve your resume, LinkedIn profile, interview skills, presentation skills, and more.

There is an option for an internship at a company in the San Francisco Bay Area, which has an additional fee of $3,000 USD.

You will have networking events and opportunities with companies in Silicon Valley, which will increase your chances of finding a job.
