The main campus of UT Austin is located in downtown Austin with Clarksville on its west, Central East Austin on its southeast, central Austin on its north, and Chestnut on its east.
The university provides much of the color and vibe to the city, and there cannot be much surprise that the heart of the city is well-connected by all means of transport. The campus is 15 minutes northwards by road from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Shuttles are available from the airport.
