Eligibility & Documents Required for Admission

Regular Graduate admission to Illinois Tech Requires

A four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with an undergraduate grade-point average (or its equivalent) to be a minimum of 3.0/4.0 Individual departments, on the other hand, can have their own set of requirements.

The Following are the Prerequisites for Indian Students

Bachelor's degrees given in First Class with Distinction from an Indian university with an NAAC Grade "A" rating;
Other three-year bachelor's degrees must be supplemented by a two-year master's degree.
(Note that professional certifications and postgraduate certificates earned after completing a bachelor's degree are not accepted.)

• Either of the Following English Proficiency Scores: 1. IELTS: 6.5 band minimum 2. DET: A minimum score of 110 3. A minimum TOEFL score of 90  
• GRE and GMAT Standardized Exam Scores: 1. GMAT score ranges from 500 to 650, depending on the course requirements. 2. Depending on the course, the GRE score is 292-316.  
• A minimum of five years of work experience is required for an MBA.

Admission Dates & Process

The deadlines for applying to Illinois Tech graduate courses for 2021 are as follows:

Tuition fees vary depending on whether you are a full-time or part-time student, as well as the programme you are enrolled in. Tuition is calculated on a per credit hour basis, with the first credit hour costing $1,614.

Graduate Programs in General (except College of Architecture, Institute of Design, and Chicago-Kent College of Law) charges:

• $1,687 in health insurance
• $49,017 in total

Process 

Step 1: Create an account on the Illinois Institute of Technology's online portal.

Step 2: Despite the fact that this is a graduate portal, students must complete all of the essential fields.

Step 3: After successful signup, the university sends students a confirmation email.

Step 4: To activate their account, students must open their email and click the verification link.

Step 5: Students must submit supporting documentation to demonstrate their suitability after filling out all of the needed information.
