Infrastructure

The university is primarily centered on a single urban campus at the summit of Brownlow Hill and Mount Pleasant, which is around five minutes walk from Liverpool City Center. It is spread across 100 acres and has 192 non-residential structures with 69 lecture halls, 114 classrooms, and research facilities.

Three faculties make up the main site: humanities and social sciences, science and engineering, and health and life sciences. Based on the Wirral Peninsula are the Ness Botanical Gardens and the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (Leahurst).

3,385 student rooms, either catered or self-catered, are available in 51 residential structures on or near the campus. The Victoria Building, the university's original red-brick structure, continues to be the focal point of the campus. It was initially established in 1892 but has lately undergone restoration to become the Victoria Gallery and Museum, the University of Liverpool, replete with a cafe and educational programs for school visitors.

There have been two sizable On-Campus housing halls, Vine Court, new Veterinary Science facilities, and a Liverpool Guild of Students. On campus, there are also brand-new Central Teaching Laboratories for earth sciences, physics, chemistry, and archaeology.

A satellite campus of the University of Liverpool opened in London's Finsbury Square in 2013 and offers a variety of master’s programs with a focus on the workplace.
