1. Camperdown/Darlington campus is the biggest campus of the university. It is widespread over 72 hectares of land. It has six state-of-the-art libraries, museums, and art galleries.

2. Cumberland campus is located in Lidcombe, and it has the faculty of health sciences. It has a large health sciences library, advanced labs, and health centers.

3. Camden Campus has facilities for veterinary and agricultural students and researchers. It has a lot of farms and advanced labs to help and support the students. The main farms and facilities available are The University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, The Livestock Veterinary Teaching and Research Unit, Plant Breeding Institute, May and Mt Hunter Farms, E.J. Holtsbaum Agricultural Research Station, McGarvie Smith Farm, Fleurs Westwood Farm, John B Pye, Wolverton, and Coates Park Farms, Corstorphine Farm.
Mallett Street Campus is located near the Camperdown campus. It houses Sydney Nursing School, the Brain and Mind Research Institute, and NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre.

4. Rozelle (Sydney College of the Arts) is a visual arts college which is situated in scenic Rozelle campus.

5. The Surry Hills Campus has the main offices of the Faculty of Dentistry, the Dentistry Library and the clinical facilities which are a part of the Sydney Dental Hospital. It also houses teaching, seminar, and recreational facilities.

6. Sydney Conservatorium of Music is located in the Royal Botanic Gardens. It is a leading music school. It has five concert halls and recording studios. It has advanced acoustic technology.

The Westmead Precinct is situated in western Sydney. It is the center of transformational health services, education, and research.

The University of Sydney has world-class facilities and labs that support the needs of higher education and research activities. The Prototype and research Foundry provides instruments for structures and fabrication with features on the micro and nanoscale.

This enables users to propagate new ideas during research. Sydney Cytometry is an advanced research facility for cytometry, cell sorting, and imaging. The Sydney Informatics Hub (SIH) offers support and training data research and data analysis. The university offers both on-campus and off-campus accommodation services. The students after enrolment can access the off-campus housing database. Five housing options are run by the university and are located around the main campus.

They are Abercrombie, Arundel St Terraces, Darlington House, Selle House, and the Queen Mary Building. There are several residential colleges on the Camperdown campus. The Cumberland campus in Lidcombe offers Yannadah that has 39 single study bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.

They are priced at $310 per week which is inclusive of both breakfast and dinner. The off-campus facilities include short stay, homestay, and other affordable low-cost options.
