The university has a library that offers a vibrant, modern and technically feasible learning environment; specialist engineering laboratories for aerospace engineering, civil engineering; specialist scientific laboratories include molecular biology, microbiology, food processing, hydroponics, anatomy and physiology, and laboratories for analytical chemistry and specialist crime scene investigation and forensic science. Health students benefit from dental services and nursing skills laboratories with life-size training dummies, manual handling lifts, delivery beds, cots, and midwifery equipment.

For Law students, there is a campus courtroom; replica police station having an interrogation space, examination area, custody office, and front desk, and law clinic offering free community service, offering practical training for law students in managing legal cases. High-end computer technology from Macs to high-tech workstations for complex simulation and software creation.
