Admission Details & Process at Oregon State University

The Oregon State University admission process for both undergraduate and graduate applicants is detailed below. 

For Undergraduate Applicants:

Step 1: Decide which program you wish to apply for

Step 2: Ensure you satisfy the requirements related to academic qualifications and language scores 

Step 3: Pay the non-refundable application fee and apply 

Step 4: Mail all relevant documents to the Office of International Admissions, Oregon State University, 1701 SW Western Blvd., Corvallis, OR 97333 USA. You need to include your name, ID number, and date of birth. For a faster process, fax them to 1-541-737-4220 or email digital copies to [email protected] 

Step 5: You will receive an email after the university makes a decision on your application or they might ask you for additional documents 

Step 6: If you qualify, the university will send you an offer of admission 

Step 7: Once you return the signed offer and pay the deposit, Oregon State University will send you your I-20

For Graduate Applicants:

Step 1: Go online to apply for admission. If you don’t have access to the internet, send intimation to the institution’s postal address to request alternate arrangements. 

Step 2: Pay the non-refundable Oregon State University application fee for your chosen major.

Step 3: Scan and upload all the relevant documents into the online application. 

Step 4: Check your specific graduate program to find out whether you need to submit your unofficial or official test scores from GRE, GMAT, etc.
