Fanshawe issues a Letter of Acceptance once an offer is made, and the tuition deposit is due within 30 days to confirm the place and obtain the documents needed for a study permit. Tuition is charged by term, with international students paying through Flywire; a CAD 150 late fee applies after the due date. Health and dental insurance is billed annually within fees (with an opt-out for comparable coverage), while the mandatory London bus pass is billed separately. Residence fees and any meal plan are paid through Residence Services, and OSAP deferrals are not accepted for residence.
Fanshawe distributes over CAD 5 million in non-repayable funds, with awards reaching international students through entrance scholarships and the larger International Degree Entrance Award pool. Most awards are partial, applied directly to tuition.
