Deakin bills tuition trimester by trimester rather than annually, with the exact amount depending on the units you select each study period fees are reviewed annually and may rise for later years. Payment is made through StudentConnect via Flywire, PayPal, or card, with your invoice showing the due date for each trimester. If you withdraw before the third week of a trimester, you can receive a full refund; withdrawing between week three and the census date qualifies for a 50% refund, but withdrawing after census means you remain liable for the full fee. Missing a payment deadline puts your enrollment at risk, so checking your invoice each trimester matters.
Deakin's scholarships are awarded first-come, first-served, and real student outcomes suggest the 25% International Scholarship is the most commonly awarded tier rather than the headline 50–100% award.
