Conestoga College Intakes and Deadlines

Conestoga runs three intakes a year - Fall (September), Winter (January), and Spring (May) and accepts international applications on a rolling basis through the OCAS / ontariocolleges.ca portal. Programs fill as seats are taken, so applying early is the single best way to secure a place and leave time for study-permit processing.

Intakes Deadline

Fall (September)

Applications are accepted on a first-come basis until program capacity is reached. Apply early as popular programs close fast.

Winter (January)

No fixed deadline; capacity-based. Fewer programs available than Fall.

Spring (May)

No fixed deadline; capacity-based and limited program availability - confirm your program offers a Spring start.

International applicants

Apply via the OCAS international applicant portal. Incomplete applications are held only while the program stays open; once a program closes, the application closes too.
