The following subjects are required: English, Mathematics (minimum Algebra II), Natural Science (3 lab courses), Social Science (one course in US history), Foreign Language, and Electives from the above areas or in arts and humanities or computer science. Additionally, a passing score on the Communication and Literacy Skills part of the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL) and a minimum GPA of 3.0 are needed.
