Bachelor Of Industrial Design at Iowa State University

Iowa State University offers a Bachelor of Industrial Design program through its College of Design. This is a four-year course designed to help students develop skills in industrial design. The tuition fee for this program is $27,683. For admission to the Bachelor of Industrial Design, students need to show their English language skills. The accepted tests for this are IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE.

12th Grade

Students must have completed high school with a minimum of 50%. They need an equivalent GPA of B or 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. For different education systems, the requirements are: General Scale: 50%, India School Certificate: 6 on a scale of 1-9, CBSE/CCE: B2 on a scale of A1 to E2, and National Institute for Open Schooling SSSE: 61 out of 100, or D on a scale of A – I, or Good. Additionally, students must have: 4 years of their native language, 3 years of mathematics (including algebra and geometry), 3 years of science (including biology, chemistry, or physics), and 2 years of social studies. Students applying for majors in LAS and Engineering need 2 years of a single foreign language. Those entering the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design are encouraged to take courses in art, photography, journalism, or computer science.
