Eligibility Criteria

12th Grade

There is no specific cutoff mentioned for 12th grade.

Graduation

Applicants must have a good three or four-year bachelor's law degree with a minimum of 2.2. If the first degree is not in Law, applicants must show a commitment to the LLM subject they want to study. Applicants from other fields are welcome if they have relevant experience, even if they are not lawyers. For the University of Mumbai, University of Kolkata, and University of Delhi, grades of 55% (2.1) and 50% (2.2) are accepted. For other recognized universities in India, grades of 60% (2.1) and 55% (2.2) are accepted.
