Application Process for Aston University

Step 1: Prepare Documents for Application

To apply, you need to prepare several important documents:

• Letter of Recommendation (LOR): You must provide a reference letter.
• This letter should come from someone who knows you well academically, such as a tutor, teacher, principal, or head teacher. They should be able to discuss your work ethic, how you interact with other students, and why you are suitable for higher education or a future job.
• If you have been out of school for a while, you can ask an employer, a volunteer supervisor, or a trainer instead.
• For the MSc Data Analytics (including Professional Practice) program, you need two professional references. At least one of these must be from an academic referee.

Along with your LOR, you may also need to submit:

• Your academic transcripts
• A personal statement
• Proof of English language proficiency (if applicable)
• Any other specific documents requested by the program you are applying for.

The payment due dates are as follows:

• 25% of the tuition fee by 25 April 2022
